Ah, I see. Thanks for the summary! Good to know that only the founder has to be g1, and not the mate. Will probably try doing a Plague one eventually, with the goal being something red/bloody-looking with greenish gembond

Right now because of all the newbies it's kinda hard to get mates under 10k. xD
OK, I see more with gem genes (irishim) than treasure genes, and I don't want that for founders/heir with no primary/secondary. Once I secure a treasure gene in some heir, I can start shooting for a gem gene in that position. Like, my next heir in my current challenge will have Underbelly for sure, I could try getting a mate with Circuit for them.

Just need to finish leveling my trio and then go and find some dragon to breed.

There's a Legacy challenge thread in the FR discussion board.
Anyway, I did it. An hour and a headache later I have founder pairs for all element Legacy challenges!
Now to put familiars on all of them.
Hm, I've also been toying with the idea of the heir and their mate inheriting apparel as they come along for added funsies.
I should write this down to remember when all the hatchlings I bought today grow up.

Oh, Legacy Challenges.
I'm kinda doing a quazi-legacy challenge, where I have different rules regarding elements of mates, and where the heir is chosen.
These two are the members of my current pair. I'm on generation five.
Heir 'Playstation', who keeps the hedgehog for the legacy.
Mate 'Meteor', wearing the legacy items for this legacy.
The idea for this legacy is based on gaming consoles and such- and they all pass down rings and a hedgehog as a joke.
