Properly.

I'm grinding like mad right now so I can face Brawly without losing another pokémon, poor Raze I hope I could have kept him on my team.

I also really need a pokémon I can use as Cut slave since there's a lot of trainers I actually have to skip because I don't want to teach Selene it.

Well, you still have a crapload of chances to run into a Poochyean in Emerald, they're everywhere.

In Ruby/Sapphire, Poochyena's are only found in about two routes. XD

I'm not allowed to catch another one, is a common rule in a Nuzlocke run many use.

You're not allowed to catch duplicate of a pokémon you already own or have owned.

I don't think I'm that lucky but I think you can only meet a Mightyena in like one place on the entire map. XD

Let me check my Pokedex...

About four places. XD

Route after Fortree, before Lilycove, and the route to the east of Mauville, and 'under' Mount Pyre.

EDIT: @Gingy: Nuzlocke is considered failed.

Yes, is game over if your whole party faints.

Then maybe I have a okay chance of meeting one and if I don't catch one I can grind on them since they give good Exp.

Yeah, although you'll have to beat Norman before you can meet one in the wild.

A good Pokemon to grind on is a Seviper. Level 17 ones give out a nice 400 exp.
