Okay I need a little help with my Raticates moveset, she have Hyper Fang, Sucker Punch, Endeavor and Quick Attack. Dunno what item to give her but that'll kinda depend on the final moveset.

So, I'm apparently the Champion at my school. I beat everybody at school.

I would imagine you're running guts (since hustle really isn't worth it, and run away is...well, run away...), so I would say facade for sure. On my Raticate I run Sucker punch, facade, reversal (egg move, so only if you want to re-breed, but it sure does come in handy)...and dig, because...Dig Rat...and all. Heh. >.>
U-turn is a good option, for scouting and whatnot. You could also run protect, guarantees you get guts going, and can be useful in doubles.
Otherwise the options run thin (unless you want to transfer somethings, like zen-headbutt/iron tail), you could do return, if you really don't like guts. Maybe try something a bit odd and run t-wave or boost up with swords dance, but not the best thing to do, considering Raticate's significant lack of bulk...Uhm, if you like to lose then you can go for a special attacker! Tossing around them blizzards/ice beams, thunder bolts/thunders, shadow balls, and grass knots (how does Raticate do it all!?).
Also, with guts, toxic orb is you best bet, item wise.

Oh, and to the people that I am breeding things for, I have been busy...and procrastinating...heh...But I'll get 'em to you soon enough!

Nononononono I'm not re-breeding it, I have too many Pokémon on my list to have time re-breeding something.

I figured as much, which is why I didn't really suggest reversal, as mention it as an option, for some nice coverage.
I would offer to breed it for ya, but I have enough to do as it is. And, you know, procrastinating... >.>

Although if you feel that reversal is a must, then I will breed one with it for you...at some point.

I don't really give much of a crap about Revesal tbh.

You could always go with a FEAR-esque route with Focus Sash + Endeavor, Quick Attack, Sucker Punch, and Reversal.

NO REVERSAL!

I refuse to breed another one doesn't help that I've never cared much for that move anyway.
