Yes you can... just soft reset long enough, and you'll get one... might take a while though.

It doesn't work that way. Wonder card Pokemon are specifically coded so that if the game ends up randomizing a shiny Pokemon, it re-randomizes until it's a normal Pokemon. That's what I got from Bulbapedia. owo;

Yeah it's stupid. But you could get a Shiny Victini once BW comes out. Difference between him and Mew is that you can encounter Victini and battle him, instead of getting him from the Pokemart. So yup.

Also I want these. Especially the Jaroda plushie. I could wrap it around my neck like a boa! >w<
