Well, you still have a crapload of chances to run into a Poochyean in Emerald, they're everywhere.

In Ruby/Sapphire, Poochyena's are only found in about two routes.

I'm not allowed to catch another one, is a common rule in a Nuzlocke run many use.

You're not allowed to catch duplicate of a pokémon you already own or have owned.

Well, if you're lucky, you might run into a Mightyena somewhere.

I don't think I'm that lucky but I think you can only meet a Mightyena in like one place on the entire map.

Then maybe I have a okay chance of meeting one and if I don't catch one I can grind on them since they give good Exp.
