Hi All,
Welcome to the new and improved "Caught Being Nice" (CBN) thread.
After seeing how well the original thread took off, several of us decided to create a new permanent guild that will gift a maximum of 10 nominees each month. We will be a month behind in gifting (this means if you nominate someone in August they will be gifted in September). There are some rules that we ask be followed.
Rules:
1. Follow all Magistream rules
2. Be respectful and polite
3. Once a person has been selected they cannot be nominated again. You are welcome to thank the person in our guild thread
4. Do not PM any of the members to ask what is going on or why your nominee is not selected
5. You can nominate anyone you feel is worthy, but the form MUST be filled correctly
Judging & Judging Panel:
1. At the end of the month, we will review all the filled forms. Forms that have not been filled correctly will be disregarded
2. The final decision as to who will be gifted will be made by an independent panel of five judges. To help ensure impartiality, the panel of judges will be changed each month and to ensure the judges are able to deliberate without interference or drama, their user names will not be revealed
Selection & Gifting:
1. Once the nominees are selected, their names will be announced in the thread in the Merchant District as well as in a post here
2. Selected nominees will be gifted with a badge, a certificate and a signature bar to display in their signature/ profile area if they so desire
3. A gift will accompany the badge, certificate and signature bar
