I personally checked all of the pages of the Guilds Quarter for a club like this one, and found nothing. So this should be legal.

This club is for everyone out there who likes Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Z Kai. I know I'm addicted. And if you aren't addicted and happen to have stumbled upon this club and you are reading this, I'm trying to get you addicted too .

If you don't know what Dragon Ball Z (Kai) is, here's a quick summary:

Goku, a Saiyan raised on Earth, tries to find seven mystical objects called the Dragon Balls. The Dragon Balls were created by Kame, a Namekian raised on Earth, and they can grant any wish. Once you gather all seven balls you can summon Shenlong, the wish-granting dragon. Shenlong can grant pretty much any wish, such as bringing back people from the dead (spoiler alert!). If the creator of the Dragon Balls die, then the Dragon Balls will vanish (spoiler alert!).
Goku makes some friends on Earth and they set out to find the Dragon Balls. While searching for the Dragon Balls Goku faces down some fierce opponents and uses his fighting power to take them down.
You see, in Dragon Ball Z (Kai) people can control energy and fight with it. There's also this thing called a power level. The higher your power level, the more energy you have. Fighters on Earth can hide their power level and they can also sense power levels.
A power level of around 200-300 used to be pretty good, but then Goku faces off against tougher opponents, and 216 suddenly becomes a pushover. When we first meet Goku, his power level is around 300 to 400.
Goku also has a son, Gohan, when we first meet Goku. Gohan is named after Goku's grandfather. Gohan is a Saiyan halfbreed, because he's half Saiyan and half human. Goku also has a wife, Chi-Chi. Chi-Chi is hard to describe, but she's kind of *coughcough* overprotective of Gohan. I'm going to leave you here. If you want to hear more about Dragon Ball Z/Kai, watch it on YouTube or something.

But I think the Ginyu force's theme song definitely should Barney's theme song. However, it should go like this:
