I'm assuming this is some species of primitive croc from the time period before they became more adapted for an aquatic environment/another offshoot from the ancestral lineage of all crocs that ended up staying on land instead of going to the water?
Of course, it could not be a croc at all, but another type of archosaur. The suchus would point towards it being some sort of croc, but some other noncrocs do have suchus in their names (Suchomimus, for example, the croc mimic) so that's not really the best thing to go by.
