Well I'm definitely proving the lower-levels have more luck thing is true. I hardly ever gather for seafood (only have like 2 imps) so decided to try... it was raining pinecones. Got more today than all I've gotten digging/scavenging/grinding combined.

edit; and Tony and Loki had shiny kids! TWO Crystal/Facets? Even with their coloring, that's too good of luck from them. They're probably gonna give me a oneegg buttugly irishim next time.

So I just discovered something neat. And I've no idea if it's intentional or not.
If you use Ward on an injured dragon, when the next fight starts, it'll have recovered some hp. Not a lot, but a small amount.
I discovered this on accident when I realized that dragon that I knew had been (minorly) injured in a previous fight, was suddenly at full health despite me never using any healing items. I then tested it out later by throwing award over a wounded dragon, checking the hp before the fight ended and then checking it at the start of the next fight.

On the topic of Coli, we NEED a venue with more shadow creatures. I mean, we have several venues that, 'specialize' in certain elements(ice for Boreal Woods, Wind for Bamboo Falls, water for Kelp Beds etc...) in that they have three f more of the same element type. But the most anyplace has for Shadow is, 2. And most of the time it's either one or none. Which is a massive problem when trying to grind out event tokens. Especially when the two shadow creatures refuse to drop said item.
It's annoying.

Considering what feels a low drop rate the AH price wasn't that far over the norm for event stuff, needless to say I'm buying out my own time for this event. I really cannot be bothered to put up with it haha.

I don't think there needs to be a venue with more Shadow monsters, but the drop rates this festival have been horibble. :T
I did manage to get enough cones for two sets and a reserve for next year's set, but eeeh, I spent more time on it than I usually would have. /gonna be too busy for the rest of the week to grind much

ETA: Picked up my fave Swipp accent to far.
I need more of these. /gonna grind for Fossilize stones after Trickmurk

Got a wheelbarrow full of pinecones today from Scavenge!

My shadow dragon for this year, he feels like he's missing something...maybe I'll get some armor for him...or an accent.


EDIT: For some reason I see Spirals walking like ferrets. So....hopping.

I dunno what you think he's missing, Elemental... he looks perfect to me. What kind of flair were you looking to add? /curious

There are some folks who collect 6-digit dergs in the Old Dragon Collectors Association. Also that first Pearlcatcher is fabulous and I would love to have her, but I don't need anymore dragons at the moment.

I got a set of the new Trickmurk items, now I'm going to try for at least another sash, if not another set.

I dont..know really. He just feels empty, I tried the shoulder banner but it was to big with the thorns...He's probably missing an accent of some sort. I'll figure it out.
