Wow, a draw other people's OCs thing sounds fun!

I've only got a few pics of mine from other people... ha, I guess the idea just doesn't occur to me very often...

I can actually do watercolors a little bit That's pretty old though... I need to get back in practice...
Also my scanner is perpetually broken, so I can't usually get a good-quality picture of what I do do.

I have been having trouble with this horse and I was wondering if you guys could help me I keep trying to put an eye down and stuff but it looks wrong any help would be appreciated

Based off of this horse( the owner is a friend of mine BTW)

First thing that strikes me is that the pixel outline seems squashed widthwise.
If there's a way to stretch it out that way without antialiasing (Depends on the program), I suspect it'll be a lot easier to add eyes and other details.

I don't have a lot of art drawn for me. :[ I do most of my own stuff. right now though I don't really feel like linking to what I've had drawn for me cause I'm a lazy butt lol.

Like what bluewyrm said, it isn't long enough lengthwise. What you could do is take one half of the lines and move it so when you draw in the lines again it will be longer. The chest and neck aren't big enough either. The legs look nice, though the front leg farthest from you has a noticeable straight line so I would edit that so it wouldn't be so straight. It's hard to do but it'll be worth it. Also the front leg that's closest to you has some width issues. It looks like the bottom part of the leg is too skinny. It shouldn't be hard to fix though. As for the eyes, it should rest on an invisible line from the base of the ear to the nostril. You might have to fiddle with the head structure as well as the eye placement for it to look right. Hope that helps!

I agree with what piney and blue said. It would also be a good idea to place the eyes and nostrils on. The lines also seems not quite smooth, so you'll have to smooth those out also.
