@piney, I don't do digital much, but when I do, I use Photoshop elements. It came with my tablet, and its pretty much the only ok-ish program I have. I'd love paint tool SAI, though...

@cass, I love reading humon's comics too I love to comics on dA, especially, silentreaper's death note and stupid fox comics...

I mostly use Photoshop for digital painting. I´ve recently started playing with Paint Tool SAI a bit because I had read it was closer to working traditionally; I have to say I´m not sure whether I like it though as the way the colours mix is closer to oil colours and I can´t stand those, things tend to come out too soft and blurry looking when I use them.
If everyone is recommending great dA artists I think I´ll add Himmapaan to the list.

Himmapaan is one of my favourite traditional artists on dA. Also, can't avoid mentioning PearlEden who constantly keeps pushing the limits of traditional art in her pieces.

I mainly just watch the artists that I really like, and my friends.
For other artists, you can just see them in the popular deviations.

One artist I think is really worth mentioning is yuumei. I love her flash stories, comics, and art in general. The way she did knite and 1000 words especially is just amazing.
