That video is a remninder of my childhood where I could only really watch anime on the Manga Entertainment Videos. I'm not too fussy about my anime style, probably because of it.

I'm all up for an anime watching session!
I'm not big of Shoujo or Magical anime.
I've taken a look at some of the most recent anime and these looked interesting to me at least:

Least favorite anime? None, I respect them all
How did you get into anime? Information is classified, no, I just got hooked up after watching a random one on TV
What anime are you really enjoying currently? Katekyo Hitman Reborn, I think most girls watch it than boys since it has more male characters than female ones. I'm also hooked up with Inazuma Eleven and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

Ryūgo Someoka , Asuka Domon, Shin'ichi Handa and Jin Kageno.

Those are characters from season 2, the one you wrote are from season 1 though
The dub name for Someoka is weird...Kevin Dragonfly

I want to join the anime guild!
Favorite anime? I'm torn between Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo, Nodame Cantabile and Neon Genesis Evangelion, though the latter is more a question of nostalgia and the superb reboot movies, since I've grown quite a lot since I first watched it. :tard:
Least favorite anime? Can't really say, I usually drop those that don't appeal to me.
How did you get into anime? I think it was Princess Mononoke that showed me that there's much more to anime than kiddy shows.
What anime are you really enjoying currently? Kanon - generally exploring Key, as I ecently watched Clannad + Afterstory and Air.

I've pretty much given up on finding yaoi that has both good art and a good story. Most yaoi is 1-2 episodes, which isn't enough time to develop a good story. There are the more recent Junjo Romantica and Sekai anime, but I really dislike both the story and the art style on those. I don't like contemporary settings all that much.
So what genre of anime would you guys like to watch? We can focus on more recent anime, since those are the ones people are likely not to have seen, and of course, let's watch one that's a reasonable number of episodes-26 at most?
maybe something like pandora hearts its 25 episodes but i only read the first book it was good its really interesting well the plot is cool

I started watching
Blood+, but the characters and the story didn't move me, so I dropped it after ~20 episodes.
I don't mind dark and/or bloody series, but they have to be very well-done and have an edge of believability (believable, well-developed characters will suffice even in crazy environments) to catch my interest. Or, if the characters aren't good, I may forgive it if the plot is very clever. /nod to
Puella Magi Madoka Magica as an excellent example of brilliant plot + flat characters
