"Dageki Shakini" or 'Blow Away' is a fierce wind that blows her opponent into a wall or similar sharp thing
"Kaze no Yaiba" means 'Blade of Wind' and is when Rei slashes her zanpakuto and makes sections of wind fly towards her opponent and literally shred them.
"Desu Tatsumaki" or 'Death Tornado" is a large cyclone that Rei sends towards her opponent that surrounds them and doesn't stop until either a) Her opponent is torn to shreds or b) Rei uses up too much reiatsu [this usually happens]
Other than that, if she really concentrates Rei can suck most of the oxygen out from around a person. The trade off is that this makes her tired.
