I have 2 wow acounts, connected to my battlenet.
they dotn need to have same name. the name of owner need to be kindy the same.
i connected my brother acount to mine, to transfers his paladin to mine acount. his acount was none-atcive at that time i think.
if you wanna transfer charachters, both acounts need to be of the same battlenet acount.

Doesnt have to be of same battle.net, just the last name has to be the same, a family of mine did that and they have seperate battle.net accounts

Well what if that email is delete or something?
Then you gotta use your current email, send to blizzard, with all the details u remember, scan of ur ID etc etc So they can change the email on that account.. been there done that... took me 3 months ..... they where busy with working on release on wotlk then though.... xD
