EDIT: One of the click threads (the one ending in #57 I think) is missing. There are 2 instead of 3 click threads under raindeer games. It might have nothing to do with anything, just mentioning it.

Tristan, you said someone was using a botnet to click eggs on Twitter that had the hashtag #magistream. You disabled it or blocked it, correct? Could it be whoever was doing that, trying to take revenge?

Someone from Russia tried to do that to one of our sites. We stopped them dead in their tracks. They kept trying for months after that. They were never successful... thank goodness.

True, the "click the person above you" thread has vanished.

That was just mean. .___. Seriously, why would somebody do that to a nice, fun and happy site? I hate all these people who think all pet sites make tons of money and stuff... it's ridiculous.

Someone hasn't got anything better to do, it seems. Why aren't they aiming bigger? Livejournal seems to be an incredibly easy target for DDoSing, if the frequency at which it happens is anything to go by.
