Even so... Why not just have them both at the same time? Because if the June pets aren't released for another week, does that mean we only get them for threeish, and then they're gone, instead of the usual four-fiveish? Or will they extend the June pets into July? It's just messy to delay them. :tard:

But I would hope that they would be in the shop at the same time as the new ones. Because it makes sense that way.

Maybe the artist(s) aren't ready for a new release. Maybe Tristan is busy enough with restoring creatures that he doesn't want to take the time and resources to release the new doni at the moment. There's a lot of factors in recovering from the crash that would affect such things.

If the crash only affected 3 weeks of stuff yeah putting a new donation in place may be possible... But the level of loss here is taking them longer to get everything up... Not to mention I think it makes more sense to get everyone's keep/gold/shards restored for the most part before deploying the new creatures...

It makes no sense to put them in when there is so much that still needs to be restored... when the hummingbird crash occurred we are only talking 1 months of data to restore... and no stream borns were restored... This time we are talking everything since beg of February, plus trades effected... with creatures beyond this time frame... aka why I had to ask for some donis, turkeys and arkai back... due to the trades being affected.


I'd much rather they spend time getting us all back to being semi whole... then add another creature to the mix... I understands this does affect people with birthdays and getting the "june creature" however... I just think we need to get stable first...

I would much rather see something new that everyone can get first tbh... then do the donation creature

Give the whole community something they can all try for

Honestly, I'd love a "We survived" creature. Like the Keep Spiders, available for a limited time once we've recovered. -But only if we could be guaranteed a pair of them -

But as for the donation pets, I understand completely.

HOWEVER, I do sympathize for the people who were born over the next few days. But at the same time, releasing a donation creature would probably complicate restoration issues. Heck, any creature probably would.

Not to mention the artists are busy rebuilding their keeps as well. And unless I'm mistaken - isn't Glass the only artist not on break currently?

Pretty sure I remember hearing somewhere that there is only 1 artist fully available right now. Poor chap This has to be a rough time.
