Site Outage

Hello all. Since Saturday morning around 3am eastern time the site was down. It's storage drive broke and I had to drive up to montreal (twice) to replace it with two shiny new hard drives. Lots of things were lost.
I can promise all of you that I tried my best to prevent this from happening. However, sometimes hardware does fail. It happens all the time in larger companies, you just don't notice because they can afford to buy many many servers, so when one goes down it hardly makes a difference. I've done my best with what I've had, and I understand if this crash makes you want a refund, or makes you want to leave for a few weeks, or forever. I understand if you're angry, but I really did do my best. Now people can either fill out recovery forms and wait, or leave and demand refunds. While many people feel like their money's worth is gone, MS has lost quite a bit as a company. If this site is to continue at all, we need the support of the users. So on that note, I humbly ask that those who wish to get refunds, or even issue chargebacks, wait a day or two before they do so. That will, hopefully, give the site a bit of time to settle and change a few minds so that we can afford to keep the site up.
P.S. Did you know that we get a huge fee and penalty for each individual one? Yeah. We do. It also takes much longer than just asking for a refund.
P.S.S. Since many are asking, yes, we do have logs. They were corrupted in the crash just like everything else. We can check them, but we can't create anything out of them that we haven't already.
P.S.S.S. Please enter exact numbers, and nothing else in the field for what you are missing. No "more than", no "+" or anything. Also, don't enter anything that doesn't exist (like Oblivion Pillagebast hatchlings, for example). Doing either of those will lead to your request being denied and you'll have to enter it all over again.
Recovery forms will be processed beginning Wednesday evening.
What to do if...
I accidently submitted my recovery form twice:
Don't worry about it, we'll only approve one of them.
I submitted my recovery form wrong:
Release/give to Master belmos any extra things you got and make a new recovery form for anything you missed
I don't remember exactly how many I lost:
Give it your best guess
List of creatures with different sprites but same name:
You can now edit your requests.
So if you made a mistake you can correct it. If you made an extra report you can empty it out. I've delayed the processing of requests by 24 hours to give people time to do that.
