I haven't been on since before the crash, so i had no idea i lost all my stuff. My friend told me about it and this was the first time i was able to get on. I just requested all my stuff back,

and hopefully I'll get my temple dog back that my friend had bought for me, and all the creatures she gave to me.

Luna's talking about a way to test for a potential source of the problem, not another band-aid fix, which is basically what the crowdsourced back ups are.
Hawke's IRL fiance, Lunaroki, suffered a massive stroke and died on Tuesday, March 31st, 2015.

Hawke needs to concentrate on other things, and is leaving MS permanently.

Question: Since the site outtage I've had a note on the bottom of my Keep that says:

You've got 4 presents, open one!

It wasn't there before the outtage (unless I completely missed it somehow). When clicked on it just says:

That creature does not exist!

Who should I contact/what should I do to get the error fixed/link removed?

I have the same issue except I only have one present.

I have no idea what I lost, all I know is my keep looks like it did when I took a hiatus in the fall. I came back this spring and played for awhile but didn't track what exactly I had gotten.

I do know I lost stuff but exactly what I have no clue. What should I do now?

Fill in a recovery form (click the red banner on top of the page) and write approximate numbers of what you might have lost. You're not going to be punished as long as you don't ask for ridiculous, unbelievable amounts of rare pets etc.

Looking at the complete creature list on the Magistream Wiki might help, good luck! c:

I have the same issue except I only have one present.
The presents are from Magistream's anniversary that took place before the site crashed, May 5-11 (around those dates). During that time we were able to send eggs as presents to each other. That's what those presents are.

So that link/note was there before the crash, crash was May 21, you just didn't see it.

However, the crash means that these critters are now "dead", which is why it says "That creature does not exist!"

I'm not sure what you can do to have the "dead" link removed, maybe PM Morgaln?

I lost my entire Aviary tab, which is disappointing as that was my favorite collect, but that's really it--I've submitted my request(s) and I full trust that I'll get them back ^_^

Good luck to the admins on the site recovery~
