Hello everyone, I would like to make an art gallery on magistream, and will be remaking this thread so I can have more room to post drawings!

Now, I wanted to see what you did here yesterday, but at my work, some images are blocked purely on where they come from. Like, anything from photobucket, for one. I can look and see my own sprites, gosh darnit.

Anywho, that war-nicorn is a snazzy idea, and the art is just plain lovely! I really enjoy the design, and the effort in the shading and detail.
I'm not 100% sure how to safely shrink and pixellize it, because even after all these years I haven't fiddled much in any digital art programs. I'm still bumming around happily in MS Paint. I know photoshop can't be the only program that can do that, though. Could SAI or GIMP? One of the spiffy free programs.

How'd you do it?

As far as resizing images and image editing software, I personally prefer Photoshop but at the moment I use GIMP and thats alright too. Some other good ones are SAI, and if you want to get into spriting again then Graphics Gale is good too.

You can also resize your images for free online using a website such as ezimba.com. Only thing is that your images are deleted after 30 days so you have to re-save your resized images and re-upload to your image hosting site.

I generally charge money for my work as I do art as a part time job. On rare occasions I might accept doni's and shards as equivalent currency as they also cost money to obtain (Though they do not pay tuition), but not usually! I am glad you are interest in my artwork!

I have only recently taken up dA again (it's been two years!) and have a few recent pieces on display there if you want to take a look!

Yeees, I get the money part. Sadly, I'm in pretty much the same situation and can't offer actual money at the moment. :/ I will, however, keep an eye on your thread for the future, in case you come up with some donis you're looking for^^

No worries! I'm actually doing a transaction with Asherion for a few creatures in PM, today seems to be a bit of an exception day if you want to offer a few doni's for a portrait? Otherwise I usually charge money, but seeing as I already started one transaction one more couldn't hurt, haha!

We can continue this in PM if you like as this isn't a shop thread and I wouldn't want to get in trouble.
