The idea is to have a fun means of both showing off and improving your art ability. Skill level doesn't matter, so anyone is free to sign up. You might get paired with someone who has little experience, or someone who makes art professionally. And you both might end up drawing a radioactive duck firing lightning bolts from its eyes. This game can be as serious or as silly as you like.
Just to lay down some ground rules:
- You can use this thread for discussion, but to participate in the game, you either: A) volunteer as a contestant, B) challenge two people to face off with each other, C) challenge someone to face-off with you, or D) suggest a subject or theme for someone to draw.
- If you want to challenge anyone, they have to be available (i.e., not in the middle of another contest).
- Keep it to two contestants per art-off for now.
- Art can be done in any medium, unless specified by the idea suggester.
- Subjects have to be site-appropriate (i.e., no gratuitous sex, gore, violence, etc.).
- If you are a contestant, you have to post your finished piece for a contest before signing up for another one.
- All art created is the property of the people who make it. You can suggest them both draw an OC of yours, but they can do with it what they want.
- Depending on how many people we get, let's say you need at least 5 votes in an art-off thread to be declared a winner.
