This is my art. I often don't notice something is wrong or I know something is wrong but I don't know why or how to fix it. So, I would love critique, especially on drawings and sprites. I also just like knowing where I can improve. :]

Drawings

Apple:

Based on an apple picture that I glanced at on the side of a school building. This is the first apple I've drawn that actually looked like an apple. I actually wouldn't draw apples for a long time because they never came out right at all.

Flowers:

Based on some random flowers I saw while riding in a car. I think they were orange poppies.

Kitty:

Supposed to be cutesy/cartoony. Even though I've tried to draw cats my entire life and this didn't come out exactly the way I wanted, this is the first cat drawing that hasn't completely failed for me.

Rubber Duck:

Based on my baby sister's hot pink rubber duck that's usually sitting around in the bathroom.

Fruit Bowl:

I started working on this before the drawings above, but didn't finish anything besides the cherries until recently. I kinda used picture references for this, but there weren't any specific ones.
Oh, and I know about the weird curve-around-the-banana-dance that the bowl seems to be doing. I didn't know about it until I started shading the bowl though.

Red Panda:

Red pandaaaa. They're adorable. I used a picture reference for this one. Also, I have no idea why it's so blurry.

Flowers Sketch:

A little big. Not essential to open in a different tab, but some of the picture is cut off, so you can if you want.
Sketches of different flower shapes. Picture references were used, some very specific.

I have found I actually really like drawing the wrappers and I still want to draw more. Picture references were used for the third and fourth candies.

Another Rubber Duck:

Based on the same rubber duck I drew before, but different angle. Suki wanted me to do another so she could sprite it.

Rose-ringed Parakeet (?):

I drew the lines of this specific picture a while ago, but was too lazy to try shading it. But I finally did it. A main issue is it's head.

I don't really paint much, honestly. These are for a realistic/impressionist project in my Fine Art class.
Also, I accidentally made the rim of the second one larger than it's supposed to be.

I also have a deviantart. Though I don't actually update it very often. Just in case, you know, you wanted to know. Plus, it has some stuff on it that I haven't posted here.

Critique:
So I can look over it when I want without searching for it.

Cassowary: Apple: Looks decent. Leaf should be connected to the base, though. The apple is also slightly too shiny (mostly just an opinion) and the side lightsource looks a bit odd - something coming more from the top would look more natural.
SilverTabbyCat: Jecca, were you trying to go for a catoony look for that cat, or for realism?
Jeccakat: Silver: Catoony/Cutesy
Cassowary: Flowers: Can't say much without knowing what they look like in real life, but you'll probably want to separate the petals/draw them as distinct, separate petals; make the stems thinner; and make the flower petals and the leaves a bit less fleshy-looking.
Cassowary: Kitty: Not good with cartoony things.
SilverTabbyCat: Ah ok, well I think the shoulder should be a little higher and the cheeks should be a little more pointed
Cassowary: Rubber duck: looks fine.
SilverTabbyCat: And you might want to define the paws a little better, let the actual toes show instead of just being an oval
SilverTabbyCat: Other than that, the shading and anatomy are very nice
Cassowary: Pixel: decent grasp of spriting. Don't have much to crit at the moment.
SilverTabbyCat: As for the paintings, try and smooth out the lighting more, and make the top flatter
SilverTabbyCat: I can't tell whether I'm looking at it from the top or the side
SilverTabbyCat: The contrast is nice though

Hello

I will critique, being an artist myself. Your shading in the pencil work is quite well done, first off. The shading on the cat and duck are the best out of the drawings. Your pencil work is good but you may want to try easing up on your lines since they seem rather hard. As for your paint work, you could use some practice for sure, but if you keep up with it you can surely be quite good. I will not speak on digital art since I have never worked in that area. Overall you have potential so keep it up!
