Not entirely happy with the animation timing yet...I´m afraid I´ll need more frames for the tail...but I´m too tired to think about that right now...thought I´d post it though to get a bit of input what you think of it:

It looks a little static, but that's really hard to avoid. =V I think you did a good job.

Hmmm maybe you could have it's eyes blinking or a foot stomping? Idk if that would be too hard. I think a foot stomping would make it more cool looking. Other than that it doesn't look too bad. ^^

Are you using photoshop to animate it? I would make it stop at the lowest part for a bit and then wag a few times at that speed for some variety :3

that's just me though :P

Yes, I guess it will always look a bit odd with just the ears, eyes and tail moving ... :wat:

The eyes do blink...but obviously not often enough to be noticeable...thanks for the input, I´ll change the frequency =)
A food stomping would be a pain to do...it would involve a balance shift of the whole body and would require me to redo the whole base sprite.

Yes...well, image ready to be precise, but it´s linked with Photoshop. Thanks for your input...now that you mention it really is a bit odd that I made it stop at the highest part of the movement...that should tell me not to try to animate things when I am more than half asleep.

I think it looks really really awesome! <3 the only thing is that I didn't actually notice the eyes blinking until you mentioned it... The only thing that occurred to me otherwise while I watched it is that for some reason I keep expected its head to turn... though I assume that would probably be nearly as much of a pain as the foot stomping. XD

Turning its head would not be quite as bad as the stomping food...it only means redoing the head an mane, not the entire body...I might actually try that :lol:

Added a few frames and I now I am a lot happier with it...I´d actually call it done now I think:

hmm.. it looks good.. just the tail movement is.. jumpy - I guess thats what you are fixing though

nice work on the avi for peg too <3 *wants to steal* lol
