Nothing around me,
nothing below me.
For endless waves,
all I can see is
the cream color of
old parchment paper.

Gentle Whips
quiet blue and purple
Who are you?
Where Have you been?
What secrets do you speak
as the light wraps around
a gentle, quiet whisp

Fly me to the moon
Let me play among the stars
Let me see what spring is like on
Jupiter and Mars
In other words, hold my hand
In other words, baby, kiss me

i spy a loaf upon the shelf
crusty yum, i tell myself
i reach out to take a bite
and then i get a fright
as it scampers off on little legs
i have seen a hamster bread
now im full and it's dead

I tried to sit down and write a poem...
It turned out to not be so easy going...
Until...I saw this shadow over my shoulder..
Black as can be..
Up..out of my chair I ran..
Let's just hope I don't get merc'd by that
fiend in black!

One small fluff for man,
One big fluff for this rat,
Suddenly you kick a can,
Overhead you see a bat,
Then you see a large clothed cat,

As the fog is clearing
You see a figure appearing
As the shadow is forming a majestic silhouette
You shudder and wish you'd have stayed in bed
'cause the bright green eyes, they are staring at you
piercingly so you feel cold until your hands turn blue
"Why are you trembling child" a deep voice seems to boom
The wolf steps closer and the air around it seems to fume
You try to run but the wolf is faster
In your panic you fear the disaster
But instead of ripping you apart
The wolf nestles down around you in an elegant art
Surrounded by a soft and furry keep
you close your eyes and go to sleep

You wait impatiently behind the fence,
With ears pricked forward and back tense
For the sound of a car, footsteps, and a call
Of "Puppy!" from a girl so small.
The gate opens and you run to her;
Your girl gently strokes your fur.
"Come on, let's go inside!"
And you follow her in stride.

A gentle light
Moon shineing bright
Simple shadow trees and vines
Who are you child of the night?
Where are you going?
What song sings through you?

We dance on the clouds
Fleetly spinning 'round and 'round;
We forget our cares
As they sink to below;
Our dreams become truth;
Reality twists by our whim.
