In the land of Scribese, countless numbers of writers reside in an intriguing place called the Tea House. Other writers from far and wide also visit this fabled place where they exchange stories and critique, challenge each other in eloquent contests, and do much more all in relevance to writing. They tend to relate their experiences to all the other writers. But there is once specific problem that they all have... A sudden lack of inspiration.
Many people call it an array of things. Writer's Block. Laziness. Fatigue. Maybe their mind has just gone blank and they couldn't think. But this mystifying land contains an immense secret. It's a hidden treasure cherished among all the writers. It's called The Writing Tree.
It is rumored that The Writing Tree bears a certain magical fruit that helps stimulate ideas. All you must do is water the tree with the magical water of Elixen. But that comes at a small price. The woman, Elixen, is the only one that sells this mystical water. One must first buy it from her and then water the tree. Soon afterwards, a fruit will appear.
One would take the fruit, eat it, and wait for the seed of an idea to appear in their head. Often it gives mere suggestions that can be used to transform into bigger ideas. But most importantly, it provides a boost of inspiration.
Elixen understands that sometimes the ideas the tree gives, is not what you are looking for. Therefore, she leniently agrees to offer a complete refund if you are not completely satisfied with the outcome. But in the end it is all up to you.
Will you approach The Writing Tree? Will you accept its ideas? And will you ever return for more?
The choice is yours to make. But there is no rush, for no matter what, The Writing Tree will always be here, simply waiting for its next user to come along.
Hello! Welcome to the Writing Tree! If you didn't want to read the passage above or if this is still unclear to you, then allow me to enlighten you on what this is. The basic idea is that you can buy magical water from Elixen and choose to approach the Writing Tree for some ideas.
For example, if you are writing a story and need some names, all you need to do is water the tree and describe what kind of character you need the name for. Then the Writing Tree will offer its suggestion and you can choose whether or not to use the ideas.
If you don't think paying for the ideas was worth it, then you are allowed a refund. But we kindly ask that you don't try to swindle us by getting an idea for free. Honesty policy! Although I will not hate you forever if you still do that.
