Mr. D sighed and shrugged his shoulders as he went for another soda. "Ahh well what shall we do?" Mr. D muttered.

Ord went up front and walked up into the house as he smirked, he enjoyed this sneaking around and hearing his dad and Mr. D talking he looked back at Marie only to tense up as she knocked on the door. Looking at her a bit thrown off by the knocking he opened the door and followed her in with a smile to both gods. Ord leaned against the door framed and chuckled a bit at both his father and Marie. Watching the both of them was funny though he had not the slightest idea as to why his dad was here. Perhaps he was going to leave in a bit or something? "Dad?" he asked as he looked at Charon a bit confused. "Aren't you going back to work?" he asked as he cocked his head and looked at him. Ord still didn't know that his father had been fired more or less that Marie had escaped from her father. But he was starting to find that seeing his father not working and Marie out from the underworld a bit odd.

Charon looked sheepishly at his son and sighed. "Son, listen, there's something I need to tell you." He sighed and said, "We might not be allowed back in the underworld. I've been fired." Charon waited, letting the words sink in.
Marie listened to Charon and hung her head sadly. When he finished, Marie said, "By the way, you never explained why you were fired."
Charon loked from Her to his son and sighed again. "Perhaps another time."
"Oh no, no, nononono, you can't pull this $%#* on me and Ord. You've been keeping this secret from me since I woke up and you've been keeping it from Ord longer! We both deserve to know."
Charon sighed. "Excuse us please D. this is a private matter." He said to Dionysus. D nodded and Charon said, "My room. Let's go."
Marie nodded and followed him.

Ord looked at his father not thinking that what was going on was going to be that bad. But hearing his father say that he just said the color and the look on his face simply faded as he looked at his father in shock. "What?' he asked as he looked at him as he leaned against the door frame. Yet he shook his head, "No the underworld is our home," he said as he looked at his father. A scared look entered Ord's eyes as he wasn't sure just what to do if he had to live up on the surface. He simply looked at his father worried though he said nothing as even Marie shouted at his father.

Mr. D was worried about this the girl was livid while the boy simply looked at his father in shock. "Thats fine," he simply said as he watched the teens leave, Ord was silent but he followed after his father to his room. For Ord though he felt empty as the only place he knew of as home was now perhaps shunned from him.

Fiona had snuck around the Big House a couple of times. A scorpion came out of the forest at one point, but with a lucky shot, she killed it. She wondered where Ord and that other girl had gone off to. She also wondered where Billy was. She wanted to talk to someone, but she wasn't sure who. She also wanted to propose her plan to Billy and see what he thought if she joined the Hunters.

Charon sighed as he closed the door. "Ord, listen." He said, motioning for them to sit down. "There are some things you might not want to hear, but you need to hear them."
"I'm as much to blame as your father." Marie interjected. "It was all an act. I already knew why we can't go back underground. I'm sorry Ord, but it's time for us to tell you the truth."
Charon nodded. "The reason I got fired," he said,
"The reason we can't go home, it's all because of me." Marie interrupted.
"Well," said Charon, "Not entirely."
"Mostly." She said. Charon shrugged. "Anyway," she said, "I asked you're father for a favor. He helped me, and when Hades found out, he lost his job, and now I'm being hunted after by every demon, monster, beast and spirit Hades can command." Marie sighed. "I still don't understand everything, but what I do know is this: Hades has been keeping something from me, from them! And I have to find out what."

Ord looked at the floor of the room and remained silent even though he was told to sit. yet he remained silent as he was told that his living friend in the underworld was the cause of this. He balled his fists up and took a deep breath as he listened to them. He wasn't mad at his dad so much but Marie, dare he say, how could she go and ruin them like that. Biting his lip and tried to keep himself from shouting.

"Why cause you couldn't find out on your own?" he strained as he looked at the ground. "You couldn't do it on your own and keep us out of it?!" he shouted as he looked at Marie. "That place is my home, what did you do bribe dad?!" he shouted as he turned to his father. "How much did she offer father? Was it worth it?!" he asked as he stood up and went to leave the room.

"No, No, Ord, listen to me!" Charon said, putting his hand on his shoulder. "I know it was our home, but I also knew you couldn't stay underground forever. Marie needed my help, and I knew something was up the moment she asked me. Marie needed my help to get away."

Marie put her hand on Charon's shoulder and said, "Charon, I know he's your son, but-"
"I get it." Charon said, letting go of Ord's arm. "I'm gonna let Marie tell you the best way that she can." He said, opening the door. "I'm gonna be outside if you need me."
Marie nodded and watched him leave. "First," She said when the door closed and she turned back to face him. "I'm so sorry. I didn't realize my favor would cost you your home and your father his job." She tried to hug him, but he pulled away. "I don't blame you." She said. "I made you lose practically everything."

Ord was in pain, he felt betrayed and alone. "If you knew that I couldn't stay then then why did you save me from that river when I was little?" he demanded though he had no idea that the river his father had ducked in in was the river Lethe, the forgetful river. Ord was still running off of fresh memories he didn't even know that he had lived with his mother before and that he had seen her get killed and was beatened himself by that mad man.

Yet he stared at his father only to try and jerk from Marie when she came to hug him. He pulled away from her and went to the window looking out as if he was questioning to jump from the second story to get away from everything. "I hate you," he muttered as he glared at her there was a shine in his eyes before he went to climb out and attempt to jump out.

OOC| Where are they? In the Big House, I'm guessing?

RP| Fiona looked around cautiously. She had no idea where to look or what to do. Sighing, she sat down on a rock behind the Big House and by the forest. Putting her head on her knees, she looked forward into the darkness. There was too much for her here. Perhaps she could find a way to join the Hunters without anyone knowing. Besides, it's not like anyone would notice she left. Standing, Fiona gave up her search. She began thinking of ways to sneak out without being caught by Mr. D or Chiron. It would be hard, but it's been done before. That she knew of.

(Yep. The Big House.)

Charon didn't answer.

"No, Ord don't" Marie said, running to the window and grabbing his shirt sleeve and beginning to cry.
"Look, I know I probably ruined your life, and your father's too, but I still have to explain one last thing to you, so please, don't leave." She let go of his shirt and stepped back a few paces. "I know you're feeling hurt, probably betrayed, heck, I would be even a little insulted." She sniffed and rubbed her eyes. "But at least give me a small chance to explain myself."
