Rhy looked to the mom-like goat. "Are- can we stay here?" She asked, unsure how to say her thoughts.
Undyne got out the second disc of the anime and put it on. She turned the volume down and sat back down.
Oh dear.

Toriel smiled, "I don't see why not. Besides, I'd hate to wake Chell up, and I can tell you are tired as well. Get some rest, child."
Kara watched eagerly as the next episode started. Hunter and Asriel quickly caught on to what was happening now and watched with interest as well.

(I love all the Undertale songs so much! Finale conveys the sense it's nearly over and it hits you really hard, don't you think? Your Best Nightmare is creepy and makes you feel like all is lost. At least I think so.)

Rhy smiled at Toriel and lied down on the couch, closing her eyes and thinking of the crazy day she'd had. A talking goat mom, an anime-obsessed fish monster, two skeleton brothers who liked puns and a dinosaur scientist, like the one from Fortunately, the Milk. Was a Kitsune going to pop out at any moment? Maybe a dragon, who's to say?
Oh dear.

(Maybe it's just Undertale the Musical talking, but Finale always seemed like more of a conclusion and a beginning to me. As for Your Best Nightmare, aside from the laugh, I don't find it creepy at all. Honestly, it's more empowering to me (probably because of UT the Musical), a reminder to keep fighting no matter how bad things get. And a reminder that there's still others supporting me (like the souls supported Frisk) even in the darkest times.)

Kara continued to watch the anime. Hunter and Asriel occasionally commented on it quietly, usually making her laugh quietly. It was more fun watching it with others than it would be alone, she thought. Their opinions and comments made the show even more entertaining than it was on its own.
Toriel smiled and gathered more blankets for everyone.

(now
listening to an hour of Finale, I see what you mean, it sounds like a neverending cycle, and then something that can't really be explained.)
Rhy's thoughts and dreams were of the kind monsters in the Underground.

Toriel watched the anime, smiling at Hunter and Asriel's comments. The children were so clever, she thought.

Rhy felt a dull aching in her leg where she had scraped it in the fall, but it didn't disturb her sleep. Not much, anyways.
Oh dear.

Sans had returned to reading the book; as interesting as the anime was, he was more interested in research. Sans took notes on anything that might be important, so that he could show Alphys later. After all, he didn't want to bother her while she was watching anime; that was a mistake you only made once.
Papyrus was simply watching the anime, seeming awed by the story even though he'd seen it once with Undyne and Alphys before. Granted, that had been awhile ago.

(Wow, Undertale from Undertale is so emotional. That's something not too many games convey as well as Undertale does.)
Undyne glanced at Sans and Papyrus. Sans was reading a book, and Papyrus was watching the anime, wide-eyed. She smiled at the sight.
Oh dear.

(Yeah- Pretty sure I've said this before, but Undertale is one of the few songs that can make me cry- like fullblown crying- in large part due to the Musical, but also in the game itself. It's so sad and emotional, which is quite fitting for the story it's telling about Chara and Asriel. Undertale and His Theme are some of the most emotional songs I've ever heard, with or without lyrics. I love them so much ;u; )
(And honestly it's not just games. Undertale (both the song and the game) is so much more thought-provoking and emotional than a lot of the media nowadays. Like, I can't think of a single book, movie, or even anime that has really resonated with me as much as Undertale has. The characters are so relatable, the pacifist route at least is one of the most inspiring stories I've ever heard/seen, and even the attributes chosen for the human souls, most of which are barely mentioned in the actual game itself, are so inspiring. Like, those are all qualities I would be proud to hear someone say they saw in me. (I mean, I doubt anyone'll ever call me brave, ever, but the others at least XD))

Papyrus noticed Undyne smiling, and smiled back. Sans happened to glance up from the book in time to catch her smiling as well, and grinned, a clear indication a pun was coming. Papyrus, whose pun senses were incredibly good due to the fact he lived with the supreme punmaster himself, immediately turned and glared at Sans with an expression saying 'Don't.' Sans just grinned wider.
