Yes. You may have bred them a second time in between.

I didn't try to breed them again until today. The breed button was not there and that's when I noticed the counter was still on Day 1 and some odd hours and minutes. The hatchling is 5 days old.

It may have been a failed breeding. The cooldown is between breeding attempts which will not guarantee an egg

It's the Silvian Alphyn, which you'll find out if you buy it. The egg happens to look a lot like an apple.

More a forum question than a gameplay one, but how do I get the dropdown spoiler bar to have a name or tile instead of the usual 'Show/hide' text that appears.

There doesn't seem to be? I've noticed that when posting my creatures in the hatching topics, the gold earned per post drops with each post. But if you wait a while and post again, the gold jumps back up to the original amount and seems to reset itself.

As for gold we can earn in total within one 24 hour time period... I don't think there is? Only cause there's gold mines that people use to get a lot of gold, so I wouldn't think there's a limit. I'm sure an older player can tell us for certain though.

I've never encountered one, so if there is one, its theoretical limit is very high!
Also, if you do a trade and sell someone a creature worth, for instance, 15 million gold, you get all of that when the trade is completed. Which is a lot per day.
So the only limit I can think of is what you personally can manage!
