Ah, well that's your problem. The banner does not lead to the map.
The banner (with the image of the river and the words 'MagiStream') leads to The Stream, where you can grab eggs as they float by(it's Magistream's front page).

The Stream on the map is accessed by clicking on the 'World' button in the banner (the brown thing that says Shops/Trade/The Keep/World) then selecting the little diamond labelled 'The Stream' (it's the one just to the left of the The Keep).

If you are on mobile, you won't see the map when you click the World link. You see see the "Quick World links" list, though there's a button at the bottom of the list to go to the world map.

For some reason I can only have four eggs? I get the "you can only have five eggs" message when I only have four. I've scoured my rooms for the missing egg, but it's not there.

There's a bumblebat egg hidden in your hatchlings tab. I clicked it and now it's hatched.

I'm having trouble freezing my creatures, I keep clicking "freeze" and "yes, I'm sure", but they remain unfrozen. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm on the google chrome browser on my phone, I'm on holiday and I don't have access to a computer.

Yesterday I was getting frustrated and confused why the stream would not refresh for upwards to a half hour or more, and today I'm noticing it's not refreshing automatically. I have to refresh manually or re-click the banner during a reset at the xx:x5 mark, and when I do, I'm now often times seeing completely new eggs rather than a flood of brown potatoes

The reset times are: x:00, x:15, x:30, x:45.

And the different eggs being there is how flooding works and has worked for years. The first nine eggs are normal whatever eggs. Click one (and freeze if want a flooding egg instead), and then the next egg to take its place will be whatever new critters are flooding.

Same here... i cant freeze an egg on mobile...

Ohhhhhh aderp, I had no idea those were the refresh times; omg saves me so much time camping the stream x.x

As for the flooding, I guess I never camped during a flood long enough to notice Ty for clearing everything up!
