Earlier today I am certain that I gifted more than 10 people. I have an extras tab I like to give from. It went from 136 creatures to 111. I did not receive a badge.

It's been a couple of hours, and no badge. I decided to come back and gift 10 more people. I gifted them all non-anonymously. I have a list written down of who I gifted and what I gave. I started from the beginning of the gifting thread rather than end like I usually do to ensure I only gifted people that I had not previously gifted. Still no badge. Not sure what's going on.

Well I just found something weird.
The Dionych Crystalwing's release date is May 15th, 2019, but it's two days away! Is this an error with the new Crystalwings? I'm not sure.

I believe you misread. It was released on may 5th, and flooded until may 11th ^^

Inventory - it pulls up the keep tabs page, but does nothing when I try to click on other tabs. For example, had Nulorns in a different tab but couldn't go to it. Now the Nulorn cookie won't even let me use it - are those date-specific? I'm so out of the loop these days!

The Nulorn cookies can only be used on eggs, not hatchlings or adults.

Ahha... so total user error. That's what happens when I'm rarely on for events. Now I get it (and the tabs only show eggs since that's all you can do so duh self). Thanks Thyme

Got a bug here...I'm not a donor, and yet I have 8 eggs.

I had 4 eggs and was lagging really bad and clicked on a Jareen Vitriums egg, and a Rhodophyte Dragon Turtle egg and on both, got the "someone got it before you did" message on them. Then, I clicked on two Ouranian Koi eggs (assuming that the previous two eggs were picked up by others). I look in my Main tab and I have all four of those eggs. ._. I really don't know how I managed this. Help?

Lag got you - just freeze one egg so you only have 7 then you are good to go.

Alright, but what should I do after that? Release two of the eggs?
