I have had issues with my trade window for 2 days now. When I go to a trade, I am not able to open my tabs to place critters in the trade. I click the tab and it just refreshes to the trade itself. At the bottom of the page I cannot see the Accept/Cancel either. I have tried clearing my cache, using different computers and different browsers. I do not know what else to attempt. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Have tried changing the size of my text and still no good. I have been releasing creatures/eggs/etc to see if that helps at all. So far it hasn't. Releasing creatures is not something I am happy about doing but that was suggested to me. I hope someone can help me soon

I cannot add, delete nor rename tabs
I cannot freeze eggs or young critters
I cannot buy from any of the shops (including Remy's shop) even if I have enough gold...

what is going on here?

What happens when you try to do any of these things? Do you get an error message or something else? What browser(s) are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

There's something weird going on with the Competition Entries forum.
It says 2 pages, but the first page is very short, and when I click "next" I get the same entries minus the two latest ones. Same happens when I click the page numbers 1 or 2 at the bottom.

No other forum does this to me.
Happens in all browsers here.

First page has 16 topics, second page has 14 topics, and according to the forum itself it has 39 topics.
Topics on first page are the same as on the second page, plus two.

Oh, the forum is somewhat bugged it seems. Same thing happened with the previous competition. I'll fix this during today.

OMG! I just used mine an hour ago and it worked... now I press the little icon at the top of my critters page and it just disappears and does nothing

Sorry to disturb you, but we are still waiting for the answer about the Slavonic theme. It was the only place where all Russian-speaking users could communicate with each other. Is it possible to save it?

+1. Guys and ladies, this was an important thread. It contained a lot of information useful for the newcomers. We would like to restore this as much as possible, because otherwise we'll have to start over with nothing. On the other hand, the tread also served as a meeting point for Russian-speaking part of Magistream community, and we need a meeting point, especially during all the events coming, and if it is impossible to restore the original thread and we can only stare a new one, I'd like to know too.

I don't mean to put too much pressure on the site staff, but it has been 2 months already, and we haven't received any update, except for general "we know that some threads disappeared".

Did anyone notice there is a problem?
Is anyone working on it?
Is there a hope it will ever be fixed?
Why is it taking so long to receive a single reply?
Is there any specific person we can contact instead of posting here?

I feel there is a miscommunication going on. I've seen site staff reacting on reportes issues in the past. I don't understand why this particular issue is constantly ignored. I would appreciate some update, OK?
