hey!
how do i recive a gender potion?
and what are those items at the store for since i cant find a description for them?

You can breed donec fish and if you get two male hatchlings you take it to Lake Lakira and do the Lady Alua Sanctum and she will give you a gender change potion. The other quest will give you a cool down potion if you give her one female donec hatchling

As aethelwhyne said, there is a repeatable quest where you can exchange two male donec hatchlings for a gender-change potion: world - lake lakira - lady alua's sanctum = world/4

The donec fish can be bought from Remy's Inn, and they are breedable. The mentioned quest will take both bred and parentless donec hatchlings, but they cannot be frozen or named.

You might also get gender-change potions from the black market. The black market is a shop that is only open once a month and you have to do a quest to get access. This thread has the info about the black market. If you click the first spoiler in the first post, the one named "Previously available", there is a list of creatures AND items that have been available in the market before. You can also see them in the link Rhia posted.

When the black market is open there is often - though not always - a "mysterious bag". That bag contains a number of the mentioned items, which items changes from time to time, and when you buy a bag you get one of the items.
