There is no real order in terms of difficulty for the quests--they typically require some gold, a few hatchlings or eggs or adult creatures of a certain species (Although "A Romantic Request" and "Souvenirs from Talyn" don't require anything). They are fairly straightforward.
You should keep in mind that some quests will grant you membership to societies, like the Society of the Trident or the Dark Brotherhood. You can't be in two groups at once, so if you are a member of one you cannot complete the quest for the other.
