So it's the first time I purchased shards and I didn't get them. I've sent a message to Madd as it's written on the donation page, but no answer and according to her page she wasn't online since 3rd September... beside the fact that it's frustrating to pay real money and not getting what I wanted for it, it was meant to be present with special dates, so I'm asking
if there is anyone else who is online more and can help with this problem?
Or is it just Madd?

I'm not sure who is available more often, or who is equipped to help but maybe someone listed on The Team link: memberlist.php?mode=leaders can help or at least pass along a message to an admin that can. Sorry you're having trouble. If you need something purchased on a specific date and this hasn't been resolved yet, send me a message. I'm happy to grab something for you if you need me to.

I'm having the exact same problem :'( I donated a few days ago, sent a message to Madd and still no reply or shards.
