Why do people need frozen eggs?

From many discussions here I already know that I can not unfreeze eggs in any way, leaving on my account. My question is: why do people buy frozen eggs on sales? Or do the sellers just hope to give them to someone to keep them?

Some people collect them. I use them as spacers in my keep.
