Sorry, I know the rules say not to make a 2nd account. I had no choice. I know the email and username I used on my old account which is this -
user/ValethaNekik

But it says they are not recognized. The account hasn't been shut down since I can still view it and I would really love my critters back. I put in the username and email and it doesn't recognize them or say they are correct and I'm not sure what else to do. I worked hard to get where I was a couple years ago and I'm interested in at least having access to my account.

Any advice?

You need to type in your username and your password, not your email. Whether the letters are written in capitals or not is important.

If you cannot recall your password, then use the link under the log-in that says "I forgot my password". That will send an email to the email address you used to create your account with, and that mail will guide you through.

I was trying to do password recovery, yes. And it won't let me do it.

Also I messaged Morgalm. I'm just confused why when I do password recovery it won't recognize my username and email together even though I know them to be the ones I used.

That does sound really strange and frustrating, agreed. Morgaln is able to look at things like emails and such since he's an admin, so he should be able to figure out the problem.

Thanks for all the help. I worked pretty hard on it when I joined and played for a few years. Just hoping to get back in to pass some time during my night audit job I just started.
