So the site keep saying I have 5 eggs when I only have 2 and yes I have checked the nifty little thing we have the shows all live eggs there's only two and is impossible for me to get more than 3 eggs right now.

That was changed to only show the eggs you have in your main tab. I searched your keep briefly and found caeralis and taijitu beetle eggs in your belmos tab. Don't know what the third missing egg is though.

It was changed? That makes it kinda useless then and I only have 2 eggs in my main so I'll have to look for the 5th.

Edit: Thanks, things seem to work like they should now.

The reason it was changed was because people who were saving eggs to do quests had trouble with them getting clicked and hatched, even though they were in a "do not click" tab. Newbies doing quests usually can't afford protected tabs, so yeah.. had to change that feature.
