Depends on how the 6th was obtained.
You can do the 'Explore Taggelisk' thing and get an egg from it even if you're full.

Also doni eggs can still be obtained.

You can get up to 8 eggs if you do it in the right order - 5 of whatever, 2 Doni, and last Taggelisk. This will net you 8 at once, but only once per day. (Taggelisk quest limits you to once a day.)
