This has been happening on and off for some time. I used to suspect it was my cache, but now I doubt that's the case

-Occasionally, hitting the button to go to The Keep sends me to another person's Keep, and reloading doesn't help as I get the exact same page. (I see no reason to namedrop said user.) (To said user: Don't worry, the only thing I know now is how much gold you have.)
-Using MS on my phone when not logged in will load me pages from my tablet that is. It's extremely frustrating, especially since my tablet also shows me old versions of the pages I just want to get low percents!
-Clearing the cache solves neither of these issues, it seems.

Tried to navigate away and got here instead.

I am about 3% sure this shouldn't be happening.
