What does the pack of light bulbs and the alicanto heart do?

The alicanto heart makes it so eggs give 5 gold instead of 1 when you click them and it only needs to be bought once.
The pack of lightbulbs gives you different colored light bulbs and I think they can be used to change a spider light to a specific color (the color of whatever lightbulb you use). I've never used the lightbulbs though, so I'm not as sure on that one.
