So I just edited this post here and was planning to hit the "bump" button right after I updated - and after I did update and clicked it, I got the message that I could not bump it so soon after the last post.

Just wondering if this is intentional (so I can avoid editing before bumping later) or a bug.


edit: Seems to have bumped it anyways, however the "bump" option may still be disappearing after editing.

It's not a bug and has nothing to do with editing. When you bump a post via the bump button, you get the option to click a link that says: "View your submitted message". If you don't click that and just let the screen reload, then the next you see is the message: "You cannot bump this topic so soon after the last post."

That's just the way it is. You bumped, it worked, it's cool, the message is just weird.
