Can't Access Black Market

I saw that there were some issues with the Black Market quest, and I just completed it, but now I can't access the shop? Either clicking the shop/14 link or just viewing the shop page, I can't see it. I couldn't access it through the link at the end of the quest either - it just says the shop doesn't exist. I know the fangs are glowing, so should be open. Is there something I'm missing or is it a bug?

A bug probs since the shop left a couple days ago. Idk why the fang is still glowing.
