Yes! You certainly can.

Is it unclear to you where you are and aren't allowed to post creatures?
•There are three threads (click threads) in the reindeer games section where you can post your eggs with the intent to grow them. The current threads are here, here and, here.
•If you are selling creatures, you can post links to them in the merchant district areas.
•Creatures can be posted in the family center if they are part of a lineage that you need to display.

Anywhere else and you usually aren't allowed to post clickable links (this would be seen as eggspam).
