Shards not showing

I bought 20 shards and was surprised when they didn't show up. I waited a bit and then figured my computer must have messed up or paypal didn't get the right info. So I tried again and made sure that I got a confirmation. The page said I had successfully donated so I came back to magistream and waited. Refreshed and waited. Still nothing.

Okay! I just sent an e-mail now. My bank account says that I was charge for both, so I hope I can get all my shards.
