I believe this is the forum for this, correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello, I'd like to get some input on organizing a MASSIVE sale. The sale will likely be over 2000 creatures.

Unfortunately there is no off-site trading allowed so instead I will be consolidating my creatures and sitting on some gold so whenever I do happen to pop online, every couple months, I can just buy whatever new critters tickle my fancy rather than feeling helpless at the thought of trying to catch up each time.
Good thing I checked the rules first...oh the pile of FR stuff that could have been.

Now to the input I need:

• How many creatures should I have per tab?
  I know making a huge tab would be almost impossible for people to load...
  
  What would be the best way to divide up creatures? Stream, shop, event, etc?
  
  Have you seen or found that using one type shop layout is better? Do you have an example I can see?
  
  Do you have any helpful tips you think would help?

Truly, it depends on how complicated you want to make it. My QS originally had all the creatures on one tab. I recently revamped it by making individual tabs for Shop, Quest, Stream, Event, and Breds of those categories. It made pricing the things I had easier, since it grouped creatures better. Truthfully, make it how you want it, so long as it conforms to the rules.

How many creatures per tab?
How many need to be on it for that category.

Best way to divide up creatures?
By origin. ie: Stream, Shop, Bred, Event, etc.

Seen or found one type of shop layout that is better?
Not really, they all have their positives and negatives.

Do you have any helpful tips you think would help?
Just follow the rules. It's probably the most annoying part of running a shop. You have it the way you want it, and then get a PM or post in your thread from a mod telling you, you have to fix something.
