Are we allowed to exchange gold for crystals? I tried double checking the rules, and I didn't run into anything, but I just want to double check.

Sorry for all of the newbie madness here. It's only day two for me. :P I wanted to know whether a discussion topic about the Netflix series, Thirteen Reasons Why, would be appropriate for these forums. I understand that topics should follow a PG-13 rating but there is a discrepancy between many sources as to what the series is really rated as.

Secondly, some of the staff members have "Last Active" dates logged as far back as 2015. Are staff members allowed to hide their online status? (I'm not entirely sure if that is how hiding your online status works in the first place. xD) It just baffles me that there is such a large team with people who seem to not have logged on for such a great amount of time. I mean no offense to the staff team on this site, I just got curious! >.<

You can usually do so with a user who has shards (crystals) available to sell. They'll be able to buy donation pets and sell them to you, in exchange for gold. Since shards themselves cannot be transferred between users, that's pretty much the only way to 'exchange' gold for them.

It would be convenient if we could add shards into a trade, like how we add gold into a trade.

It's generally 55k gold per shard, but some people have deals for newbies!

I read that it used to be 50k a shard but some people kept selling them for 55k and inflated it.

But yeah, some people have sales in Waynal for newbies and those who aren't donators, so you can get donation pets from them. Some other users are super, insanely generous and gift donation pets to newbies.

Also, you're very welcome for the help! I have a lot of time on my hands and spend it reading over old forum posts and things.

A discussion about Thirteen Reasons Why would be allowed in the Popsicle stand, as long as the discussion itself remained PG13.

Staff members are allowed to hide their online status if they wish. If someone has not logged on in a while their reasons are their own and will not be discussed.

Nope! Egg limits are sometimes temporarily increased during some events, especially gifting ones. Normally you can have 4 eggs, but if you hit the limit you can still obtain donation pets, up to 6 slots. Additionally, if you open gifts after an event you can get a lot of eggs, but the catch is you can't gift yourself + you'll be in egglock for a long while.
