So I got a couple of pygmy phoenix's tht popped up not sure how I got them? Any ideas?

You get them from throwing Ribboned Eggs at people and having them thrown at you! It doesn't always happen though, they're just a random by product of egg wars.

Adding on that it was from the Easter event, which is now over. Some people threw eggs at you, which in turn made the Phoenixes pop up in your keep. They're yours to do whatever you want with them!
