To actually answer your question... 
Ribboned Eggs are eggs that you can throw at other users and if they throw some at you, Pygmy Phoenixes end up in your keep.
The Taste Of Spring is just a drink that makes pretty flower sprites fall over the page. It doesn't do anything else.
