I need help and don't know where to turn. I've been waiting for about a month for a trade to be confirmed (for the final time) from a certain party, but have not gotten it. I don't want to cancel it and they haven't been on since sending it. Could a mod help move it along so I can receive it and not wait any longer?

I was about to say 'contact a mod', since that's what you do if someone hadn't finished a trade, but you said they haven't been on. In that case, I don't think there's much that can be done. At least, that's what I was told when I had the same problem, waiting for a trade to go through for payment for something. I was told(by a mod) that they don't have the powers to force a trade to be completed.
So unless something changed, yeah you're probably outta luck.
