Freezing eggs for quests

Can this be done and do they have to be in the Main group? I am new to doing these quests and I was wondering about that.

Looking for the following: Halloween pets!
agaori, all dragon breeds, Diamond wyrm
gryphons, hippogryphs
wolves, koi, spiders, Serendin, all Amagnaes Alvean Yale, Tidal Wraithe
direcores, capricorns, jackalopes,
Vahti, Wallatrice
All khirin, event pets, shop pets and past donis

The reason why it has to be in main tab, because people have had their lineage, or bred eggs from seperate tab taken first, so main tab had to be used, so you can choose which egg it would take. (It would always take live, unfrozen eggs or hatchlings.
