Quest help :(

I'm doing the Vasial's Crush quest. I have all the eggs required but I can't proceed with the quest. Is it because 2 of the eggs belong to a family?

(Here they are user/Akuneko )

Edit: Nevermind I'll just try breeding non-family eggs.

Yes, that is the reason. Eggs and hatchlings needed for quests cannot belong to a family.
